**组方**：清半夏10g，广陈皮10g，茯神12g，远志10g，竹茹12g，枳实9g，节菖蒲10g，矾郁金10g，天竺黄10g，磁石10g，丹参10g，十香丹1粒，生牡蛎15~30g，胆南星10g，朱砂1.5g，生龙齿15~30g
**药方作用**：气结痰凝，堵塞气机，蒙蔽神明。证见沉默寡言，或喃喃自语，精神失常而属于癫者（化痰理气，开窍醒神，镇静安神）
